Our Hiring Policy includes a clause for incentive. All of the Staff are employed on contractual basis, which are renewable after periodic reviews on individual’s performances. The incentives include performance based bonuses and supports on social or economic problems.
The policy is to award outstanding performance of an individual’s as well extra initiative to entice clients to work with us. The policy is particularly designed with an eye on expanding market outreach which we believe, is a prime basis for growth of our organisation. The scheme is listed in the agreement between individual staff and the Firm and has helped us retain skills.The provision is well known to all staff and has helped us massively.
